Margaret Moreau

Operational Support

Margaret Moreau joined the Operational Support team in January 2023. In her role, she ensures that the basic information on tax returns is accurate before they’re sent to clients, and she provides excellent customer service—assisting with e-signatures and responding to other client needs as they arise. 

Margaret describes herself as positive and efficient. Her favorite quote is,

“Kind words are like honey, sweet to the soul.”

She was inspired to join DeLeon & Stang after hearing about the firm’s supportive culture and healthy work-life balance from a current employee. What began as a seasonal role turned into something more—Margaret found herself enjoying both the work and the team, which led her to pursue a permanent position. 

Originally from Springfield, VA, Margaret now lives in Stephenson, VA. Outside of work, she enjoys horseback riding, hiking, reading, and spending time with her family and pets.
