To better serve you, we use three secure platforms to manage different parts of the engagement, tax preparation, and return delivery process. Below you’ll find an overview of each platform—including what it’s used for, what to expect, and examples of the types of emails you may receive.
Aiwyn
We use Aiwyn to send engagement letters and invoices. Here, you can review and sign your annual engagement letter and make secure payments.

TaxCaddy
We use TaxCaddy to gather your tax documents. You'll receive a personalized questionnaire and a document request list to help us gather everything needed to prepare your return for the upcoming tax year.
Throughout the process, you can also communicate directly with your accountant through TaxCaddy’s secure messaging feature.
Please note: While payments won’t be made through TaxCaddy, you can still track your payment history and related details within the platform.
SafeSend Returns
We use SafeSent Returns to deliver your completed tax return and collect electronic signatures for e-file authorization forms. Once your tax return is ready, you’ll receive an email from noreply@safesendreturns.com with a secure link to access your documents.
A tax professional from our team will also follow up to provide guidance and help you through the process.
