Human Resources & Marketing Assistant

Maggie joined DeLeon & Stang in 2022 as an HR Intern but currently serves as the Human Resources and Marketing Assistant for the firm. With a focus on HR compliance and administrative support, Business Development, and as the Social Media Coordinator, she plays a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations in the firm.

Describing herself as organized and ambitious, Maggie brings a proactive approach to her work and prioritizes getting things done. Her responsibilities include managing HR compliance, coordinating the firm’s social media accounts, providing administrative support in HR and Business Development, and assisting with various other functions within the HR & Marketing departments.

Originally from Chambersburg, Pennsylvania, Maggie chose to remain in her hometown after graduating from Shippensburg University. Her education has equipped her with a solid foundation in HR principles and practices, which she is able to apply effectively in her role. During her free time, Maggie enjoys spending time with friends, going on walks, and spending time shopping.
