Michael Miranda

Staff Accountant

Michael joined the DeLeon & Stang team in August 2025 as a Tax & Wealth Management Intern and now serves as a Staff Accountant.

He works across both tax and wealth management, helping individuals and business owners optimize their tax position and make informed financial decisions. In tax, Michael works with high-net-worth individuals as well as estate and trust entities, while in wealth management, he supports individuals and couples with retirement planning. 

Michael describes himself as purpose-driven, with a strong sense of discipline, work ethic, and a growth mindset. He was drawn to accounting because he views it as the language of business and wanted to leverage that knowledge to help others make sound financial decisions.

His favorite quote is,

“A goal without a plan is just a wish.” 

Originally from Frederick, MD, Michael still calls Frederick home. Outside of work, he enjoys weightlifting, fishing, and spending time with family and friends.
