From Internships to Full-Time Careers: DeLeon & Stang Welcomes Two New Professionals

FREDERICK, MD, JANUARY 20, 2026 — DeLeon & Stang is proud to announce that Tristen Germanaro and Jacob Montgomery have officially joined the team as full-time professionals. 

This new chapter follows their successful time in the firm’s internship program, where they both brought fresh energy and expertise to D&S clients. 

Meet the New Team Members

Tristen Germanaro, Staff Auditor 

Tristen joined DeLeon & Stang in May 2025 as an Audit Intern and has since grown into her role as a Staff Auditor. She works closely with nonprofit clients, ensuring financial statements are accurate and audit documentation is thorough, while supporting engagement deliverables with precision and care. 

Jacob Montgomery, Staff Accountant 

Jacob began his journey with DeLeon & Stang in May 2024 as an Audit & Tax Intern and has since advanced to his role as a Staff Accountant. He prepares client tax returns and provides dependable bookkeeping and accounting support for business clients, ensuring accuracy and compliance every step of the way.
