Tristen Germanaro

Staff Auditor

Tristen joined the DeLeon & Stang team in May 2025, starting as an Audit Intern before transitioning into her current role as a Staff Auditor. She primarily works with non-profit clients, helping verify and support the accuracy of their financial statements. Tristen also works closely with other members of the audit team and management to draft audit documentation and support engagement deliverables. 

Tristen describes herself as determined. She originally started her academic journey as a math major, but knowing she was analytically inclined, she shifted her focus to accounting. While she didn’t initially know what the field would entail, she quickly discovered she loved it.  

Originally from Kent Island, MD, Tristen now lives in Pasadena, MD. Outside of work, she enjoys all things true crime—especially documentaries and podcasts. She also loves shopping, spending time with friends and her significant other, and traveling whenever she can.
