After completing her tax internship with DeLeon & Stang in 2020, Viviana joined the firm full-time as a Staff Accountant.

Always curious and eager to learn, Viviana has earned several degrees—most recently, her BS in Accounting from Mount St. Mary's University in 2020. Before coming to DeLeon & Stang, she worked as a Tax Preparer for Fabiola Alvarado Services for three tax seasons. She decided to go into accounting because she knows that there is always going to be a need for accountants, no matter where you live or how the economy is doing.

She believes that "hard work beats talent when talent doesn't work hard" and considers determination, patience, fairness, and persistence to be crucial to her success.
