I started my internship at D&S as a fresh college graduate. I was beyond surprised with how this firm operates compared to what I was expecting. D&S is literally one big family and they made me feel welcome since day one. Everyone was extremely willing to help me get up to speed during my onboarding which was incredible and is still true to this day.
