Ryan joined DeLeon and Stang in 2007 as a Staff Auditor and has since made significant strides in his career, advancing through various positions within the company. With a strong background in accounting and auditing, Ryan's expertise lies in audit and assurance services across multiple industries, including businesses, non-profit organizations, and credit unions. He also specializes in overseeing employee benefit plan audits and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Inspired by his father, who was an accounting professor, Ryan developed a passion for problem-solving and embarked on a career in accounting. Known for his ability to see the "big picture."
Originally from Frederick, Maryland, Ryan continues to call it home, residing there with his wife, Liz, and their daughter, Lenny. In his spare time, he indulges in his love for music by playing the guitar and performing with a local band.
