Kenzie Farran

In-Charge Accountant

Kenzie joined the team in January 2022 and serves as a Staff Accountant for the firm. She provides an integral part of tax preparation and data management for DeLeon & Stang and our clients. She is looking forward to learning more about the industry and working closely with the D&S team and clients. Mackenzie enjoys that D&S has a laid-back but hardworking atmosphere. The people are welcoming and push you to be your absolute best, and you can't really ask for more.

Kenzie was inspired to go into accounting because she was a mathematics major and was unsure what to do with it. Math was the first thing she tried and fell in love with. Her personal strengths are her communication skills, being open-minded, and having patience. She enjoys painting, singing, outdoor activities, and playing sports. Her favorite quote is, "The pain that you have been feeling cannot compare to the joy that is coming." - Romans 8:18

Kenzie grew up in Frederick, MD, and attended Frederick Community College with an Associate's in General Studies and Hood College for her Bachelor's in Mathematics. She played soccer for both schools and was a member of the Hood College Choir. One word to describe Mackenzie is how hardworking she is.
