Jackie Pearce, a Senior Auditor at DeLeon & Stang, joined our firm in 2019. With a passion for accounting that stems from her grandmother's influence as a CPA, Jacqueline took on her accounting career in 2015.

Specializing in audit and attest services for nonprofit organizations, Jackie brings a wealth of expertise to her role. She excels in planning and executing audit procedures with a risk-based approach, ensuring accurate and compliant financial reporting.

Throughout her career, Jackie has demonstrated her proficiency in various areas, including performing comprehensive audit tests and effectively documenting findings. She has experience in preparing financial statements and reports in accordance with U.S. GAAP. As a trusted point of contact, she maintains strong relationships with clients, guiding them through the engagement process. Jackie's contributions extend beyond auditing, as she also provides valuable assistance with accounting and auditing matters.

Originally from Rockville, MD, Jackie grew up in the area and continues to call it home. In her leisure time, she enjoys staying active through CrossFit workouts, pursuing her passion for needlepoint, and spending time reading. Additionally, Jackie finds joy in the company of her dog, Lulu.
