Diana started at DeLeon & Stang in 2014 where she joined our team as an Administrative Assistant. Over the years, she showcased exceptional skills in creating positive work environments and driving organizational excellence within the firm. Over the years, Diana was promoted to the role of Human Resources Manager, where she leads the charge in talent management, training and development, and HR strategy. With her background and passion for empowering individuals, Diana plays a vital role in shaping the growth and success of our firm.

Before joining DeLeon & Stang, Diana had a decade of experience in retail management, improving her leadership abilities and cultivating an understanding of effective team management. In addition, she successfully operated a bakery business from her home, which allowed her to develop a sense of entrepreneurship and dedication to customer satisfaction. Diana has a strong work ethic and is a very goal-oriented individual.

Diana grew up in the Gaithersburg area, and now currently resides in Frederick, Maryland, alongside her daughter and dog, Bella. Diana enjoys reading, applying her culinary creativity through cooking and baking, exploring new destinations while traveling, and spending time with her daughter.
