Staff Auditor

Ben Conte joined the DeLeon and Stang team in October 2024 as a Staff Auditor, where he focuses on providing assurance services for not-for-profit clients. With a strong interest in business and a passion for helping others, Ben found that accounting was the perfect way to combine these two interests and make a meaningful impact.

Known for being self-driven, dedicated, and resilient, Ben takes pride in tackling challenges head-on. He’s motivated by the quote, "The elevator to success is out of order. You’ll have to use the stairs, one step at a time," by Joe Girard, which reflects his belief in persistence and hard work.

A resident of Frederick, MD, Ben enjoys balancing his professional life with personal hobbies. In his free time, you’ll find him cheering on his favorite NFL and MLB teams, going on walks with friends, or trying out new restaurants in town. At home, he loves spending time with his two dogs, Chance and Nala, and his girlfriend, Katelyn.
