DeLeon & Stang Promotes Michael Miranda and Abby Ochs from Interns to Staff Accountants

FREDERICK, MD, April 27, 2026 — DeLeon & Stang is proud to announce that Abby Ochs and Michael Miranda have officially joined the firm as full-time Staff Accountants.
Both began in the firm’s internship program, gaining early exposure to client work across tax, accounting, and advisory services before stepping into their full-time roles.
Meet the New Team Members
Abby Ochs, Staff Accountant
Abby joined DeLeon & Stang in January 2026 as a Tax Intern and now serves as a Staff Accountant. She focuses on preparing business tax returns and supports a range of client accounting needs, including year-end bookkeeping, asset depreciation tracking, payroll facilitation, and bank reconciliations.
Michael Miranda, Staff Accountant
Michael joined DeLeon & Stang in August 2025 as a Tax & Wealth Management Intern and has since advanced into his role as a Staff Accountant. He works across both tax and wealth management, supporting individuals and business owners in optimizing their tax position and making informed financial decisions.
