DeLeon & Stang Kicks Off 2023 Leadership Development Program

FREDERICK, MD, May 26, 2023—DeLeon & Stang is excited to announce that thirteen team members have been selected for the firm’s internal leadership development program. The six-day intensive program, led by HRD Initiatives, is designed to improve the firm’s leadership team.

The upcoming group of program attendees will be Diana Contreras, Kevin Madden, Ryan Crabbs, Clint Lehman, Michele Mills, Steven Kurinsky, Crystal Stewart, Addie Blickenstaff, Niki Tresidder, Chris Stang, Danny Rossomondo, Brad Hoffman, and Brett Friedman.

“The program’s overall focus is to build authentic, strengths-based, emotionally intelligent, transformational leaders,” said DeLeon & Stang’s Managing Partner, Brad Hoffman. “We chose to do this because we put our people first and want to improve continuously. That doesn’t just apply to our team members, but our leaders too.”

Each session is based on an active learning model. The sessions are designed to build upon each other and cover three main topic areas: Leading Yourself, Leading Others, and Leading the Business. The program uses a variety of assessment tools, including the firm’s values assessment, OMS talent assessment, and 360 feedback from internal teams.

“We hope that our leaders will take what they learn and put it into action so things trickle through all areas of our firm,” said Brad Hoffman. “The program will help our leaders facilitate relationships and tackle challenges at the firm.”
