DeLeon & Stang is excited to introduce a new client-relationship-management solution that will allow for more secure communications between the firm and our clients. We now offer an option that allows clients to send their tax returns and other documents to us through a secure link. Our new client portal also allows clients to securely store and exchange those documents. These new options will help simplify the tax return process for our clients and provide a more-effective way to communicate and share documents.

Secure Document Exchange

We have improved our client communications by providing a secure document exchange function that allows users to receive and download any documents we send. In order to take advantage of this function, please email to request access to the secure link. This link will take you to a secure login page where you can enter information and download documents from us. This is how we will send your tax returns.

To simplify things even more, we are also providing clients with a secure link that will allow for uploading documents directly to your DeLeon & Stang tax professionals. This may include tax return backup materials, signed engagement letters, signed e-file documents, etc. Please email us at to request access to the secure link. The link will take you to a login page where you will simply enter your email address before uploading documents.

Client Portal

The Client Portal allows for easy and secure electronic transfer of documents between our clients and the firm. It also allows our clients access to certain documents created or maintained by DeLeon & Stang. The Client Portal web-based applications are exclusively provided to our clients and intended for their sole use.

DeLeon & Stang will set up individual login accounts for those client contacts/employees who need access to the Client Portal. Each contact/employee will have access only to the specific document areas requested by the client. (We strongly recommend that clients establish a policy that login information not be shared with others.) In order to maintain security, clients must agree to designate a single individual as the authorized person to contact the firm to request employee logins. All initial login passwords will be transmitted to the designee by email; clients will then be responsible for re-setting their passwords.

Secure Online Payments

We have set up secure online payments through Heartland Payment Systems, which will allow you to pay your DeLeon & Stang bill online. Clicking here will take you to a secure site where you can safely enter your payment information. Once your transaction is complete, you will receive a confirmation email and receipt of your payment.

As a reminder, your information is always private and confidential at DeLeon & Stang. We never share information provided to DeLeon & Stang with third parties without your expressed consent. We recommend keeping all of your passwords private and ensuring that you are connected to secure servers (websites that begin with https://) before providing any credit card information online.
