Samantha (Sam) Petrides

In-Charge Accountant

Samantha joined the team in January 2022 and serves as a Staff Accountant for the firm. She provides an integral part of tax preparation and data management for DeLeon & Stang and our clients. In her new position, she is looking forward to gaining more knowledge of the industry and working closely with the D&S team and clients.

Samantha currently resides in Mechanicsburg, PA, with her husband, Tate. Some of the hobbies she enjoys in her free time are reading, playing musical instruments, and playing board games. She describes herself as a self-disciplined, patient, persistent, and organized person. Her favorite quote is, “You can’t always control what happens in life, but you can control your reaction to it.”

Samantha grew up in the Frederick, MD area and attended the University of Maryland, where she was a member of the University Band, where she played the flute. She was inspired to go into accounting because of the strong foundation and reliability it provides while also offering flexibility and new directions to explore.
