Justin Mikol
Senior Accountant
Justin joined the DeLeon & Stang team as a Senior Accountant in October 2021. In his role as a Senior Accountant in the Tax and Business Services department, he brings an extensive background primarily serving individuals and business clients in various industries. Justin enjoys a teamwork environment where everyone helps mentor and develop each other while having a fun office culture—which is what attracted him to DeLeon & Stang and the firm’s core values.
Justin resides in Leesburg, VA, with his wife, Jessica, and their dog, Maggie. Outside of work, he enjoys taking walks with his wife through Leesburg, eating out, and vacationing by the oceanside.
Justin started his accounting career in 2008 after being honorably discharged as a veteran of the United States Army Reserve in 2006 for his service. He has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from Fairmont State University, specializing in Accounting, 2007.
