DeLeon & Stang Certified Public Accountants and Advisors is pleased to announce that Michael (Mike) Shakoori, EA has been approved for his license as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in Virginia.In 2014, Shakoori joined the DeLeon & Stang team. He currently serves as an in-charge accountant. In this capacity, he works in the firm’s tax and business services department, providing tax preparation and client services.“Congratulations are definitely in order for Mike,” said Allen DeLeon, CPA, PFS, partner of DeLeon & Stang. “For accountants, earning the CPA designation is a huge career milestone. It takes hard work and dedication to complete the many requirements for the CPA license.”Shakoori holds three degrees: a Business Diploma from Northbrook College (UK); a Bachelor of Art in Business Administration from the University of Brighton (UK); and a Master of Science in Accounting from Strayer University. He currently lives in Sterling, Virginia.
