DeLeon & Stang Partner Involved with National Accounting Networks

DeLeon & Stang Certified Public Accountants and Advisors is thrilled to announce that Jeanie Price, PAFM, has joined the Client Advisory Board for Xcentric and was appointed secretary of CPA Firm Management Association (CPAFMA).

“It’s an honor to be part of two of the accounting industry’s leading networks,” said Jeanie Price, PAFM.

“Jeanie is a tremendous leader and I know she will make a positive contribution to Xcentric and CPAFMA,” said Al DeLeon, one of the founding partners of the firm.

Xcentric is cloud based IT experience and consulting firm so that that focuses on creating optimized production workflows so that accountants can focus on being accountants. The Client Advisory Board engages a group of key clients to give candid feedback on their experiences and to help provide insight about the future direction of the organization.

CPA Firm Management Association provides a network for accounting firm managers to communicate with one another and provide each other with the benefits of everyone’s experiences. This is done through a combination of local meetings and seminars, conferences, publications and surveys. As Secretary, Price will maintain the organization’s meeting minutes and by-laws, as well as being an integral part of the strategic planning.

Price has been with the firm for more than 25 years. In addition to her role as Partner, she serves as Director of Administration, with the responsibility of managing the firm. Price helps create and implement policies and decisions, as well as manage the responsibilities and activities of the staff. She also facilitates all aspects of office administration and directs the coordination of employee benefits and other personnel matters. Additionally, she is responsible for the firm’s information technology and the automation and management of the firm’s finances and internal accounting.
